Returns, Refund and Damage policy

Returns

The philocophy subscription includes books to borrow and coffees for consumption, as well as add-ons such as fresh baked goods for sale, and brewing equipment for rent.

 

Books are not for sale, they are to be returned.

Coffees and any cookies added to the order are for sale, we will not accept returns.

Additionally, any brewing equipment taken on rent have to be returned after the subscription period.

Damages and Refunds

Books and brewing equipment must be returned in clean and full condition without any damage, defacing, markings or parts or pages missing. 

 

Any damage must be reported to us, at which point the replacement cost shall be advised for immediate payment by customer. Failure to pay will be considered a breach and result in termination of services and all amounts paid including deposits and subscription amounts shall be retained by us.

 

 

We cannot provide full refunds after subscription has started, under any circumstances. Partial refunds are only possible on exception basis, only in the form of credits to be used on www.philocophy.com, at our sole discretion.
